Though she first became serious about the finer points of life while living in Paris and Shanghai, she loves sharing her hometown's palate pleasing delicacies with others. A judge at the 2011 International Chocolate Salon, she is currently completing her sommelier certification and loves a great wine and chocolate pairing.
