Chef/Owner, Local: Mission EateryJake Des Voignes is the chef/co-owner of Local Mission Eatery. Before opening LME in 2010, Jake cooked in the illustrious kitchens of Tom Colicchio's Craft in NYC and San Francisco's Fifth Floor, where he earned a Michelin star and met wife Shauna, pastry chef/owner of Knead Patisserie. In addition to making magic (or fried chicken) in the kitchen, Jake enjoys fishing and getting his hands dirty at his and Shauna's farm in Lodi.
